Ingredients:


  • 1-2 ripe avocados (or more if you like)

  • Lime juice, to taste

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Lime salt, to taste


How to Make the Perfect Authentic Guacamole:


  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and gently scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

  2. Place the avocado in a mortar or bowl. Add lime salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

  3. Use a pestle (or fork) to mash the avocado. Leave some chunks for a satisfying texture.


The secret to the best flavor? Only the ripest avocados make it into my guacamole.

How to Use Guacamole:
